Site Passport was founded by Rob Fox in 2017, as he became convinced there was a better way to manage construction procurement and compliance. Rob has worked for over 20 years as a Site Engineer and Contracts Manager with SIAC and Walls Construction and during this time, he found the process of finding Subcontractors that are competitive, suitable and available was a persistent challenge. So, he set about trying to solve many of the problems associated with construction procurement and compliance. Site Passport’s goal is to simplify, standardise and automate competency, compliance and trust for the construction market globally.
The Site Passport office is in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin and now employs seven team-members. The platform is being developed by construction and technology people with local and domain knowledge who believe there is a better way to manage construction procurement. In 2019, Site Passport became an Enterprise Ireland High Potential Start-Up and is currently planning overseas expansion.
